XEL is proud to share continued progress on its bespoke elevator project for a boutique hotel under development in Wisconsin, US. What began as a single flagship installation has now expanded: engineering is nearing completion for the main elevator, with production and delivery scheduled for later this year. In addition, XEL has also been awarded a second elevator within the same project—a service elevator developed with the same design philosophy, optimized for practicality and day-to-day operational use.

A Signature Guest Elevator as an Architectural Feature

As a central feature within the hotel’s design, the main elevator is being engineered to meet the highest standards of precision, aesthetics, and performance. In boutique hospitality settings, an elevator is more than a functional requirement—it contributes directly to the guest experience. Every interface, finish, and detail is therefore being developed to integrate seamlessly into the architectural vision while delivering reliable, refined operation.

With the engineering phase now approaching completion, the project is moving toward execution: production and delivery are scheduled for later this year, bringing the design closer to on-site realization.

Second Elevator Awarded: A Service System Built on the Same Philosophy

Alongside the guest elevator, XEL has been awarded a service elevator for the same hotel. While aligned with the overall design language and engineering approach of the main system, this second installation is optimized for practicality, durability, and general use—supporting the operational demands of a working hotel environment.

Engineering for the service elevator is set to begin soon, with production and delivery scheduled for next year.
